Guru is an energy that can manifest itself in any form. Not necessarily a life-form. It can be as simple as a thought. For Dattatreya it was 24 entities he saw around – from moth to maiden, or from courtesan to a child. Now we too, have a Guru unseen, and everything we do is this energy’s doing!
